1 SVB Cash Sweep is a product of Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company. Through the Cash Sweep Program, excess funds in deposit accounts are invested in money market funds. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please refer to SVB’s Cash Sweep Program Account Agreement for additional details. Investors in a money market fund should consider carefully the information contained in the prospectus of the fund, including investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. You can obtain a prospectus by clicking on specific fund companies at www.svb.com/cash-sweep or by calling your relationship advisor. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing. Shares in money market funds are not deposits within the meaning of 12 U.S.C. § 1813(l) and are not insured by the FDIC. Although money market funds seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in a money market fund.
2 Money Market Accounts are interest bearing accounts unless otherwise stated. The interest rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY), if applicable is disclosed on the Money Market Account Rate Sheet issued at or prior to account opening; rates are variable and subject to change at any time before or after account opening. You must deposit and maintain a balance for the respective MMA product tier in order to earn the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield (APY) or interest rate. A fee may apply for each month your balance falls below the disclosed minimum. Interest is calculated daily and credited monthly to the account. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. For current MMA products, rates and tiers, please see SVB’s Deposit Agreement and Disclosure Statement – Business Accounts, for details or contact Client Services at 1-800-774-7390.
Please see Rate Sheet for additional information. Rate Sheet available upon request from your SVB Relationship Manager or Relationship Advisor.

4 Deposit placement through ICS is subject to the terms, conditions, and disclosures in applicable agreements. Although deposits are placed in increments that do not exceed the FDIC standard maximum deposit insurance amount (“SMDIA”) at any one destination bank, a depositor’s balances at the institution that places deposits may exceed the SMDIA (e.g., before settlement for deposits or after settlement for withdrawals) or be uninsured (if the placing institution is not an insured bank). The depositor must make any necessary arrangements to protect such balances consistent with applicable law and must determine whether placement through ICS satisfies any restrictions on its deposits. A list identifying IntraFi network banks appears at The depositor may exclude banks from eligibility to receive its funds. Funds are swept based on triggering events set forth in the IntraFi Deposit Placement Agreement between SVB and the depositor.
