Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Procurement

Source, evaluate, and procure aircraft parts, components, and materials through platforms such as ILS, StockMarket, and PUBLOG.
Create and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Establish and maintain relationships with approved vendors to ensure quality, traceability, and cost control.
Generate and monitor Repair Orders for components requiring vendor service or overhaul.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels of high-use and critical parts to prevent shortages or overstock.
Process, pull, and distribute part requests to support field operations, hangar maintenance, and FAA Part 145 repair station activities.
Utilize IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalogs) and ICA (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness) to ensure accurate part identification and documentation.

Logistics & Support

Assist with shipping and receiving to support timely distribution of aircraft materials.
Participate in process-improvement projects to optimize procurement and inventory control.
Support company initiatives focused on efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Prior experience in aviation parts procurement, logistics, or inventory control preferred.
Familiarity with FAA traceability requirements and documentation standards.
Strong computer proficiency; experience with ERP/MRO or inventory software systems a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
